Isabelle Garbani is an artist
and performer based in Brooklyn NY, with an MFA in sculpture
from the New York Academy of Art. After years of making
community-engaged public installations, she has returned
to her performance roots.
She has appeared in independent
and short films such as Meanie, The Perfect Daughter,
Ourika! (selected for the Sundance Festival), and
Eat It Up!; and the theater performances Almost
Maine at Urban Waves in the Bronx, The Gnarly Narwhal
at The Tank in New York City, My Body, My Health, My
Choice for the NY Theater Festival, Slice of Life
at the Great Room in Brooklyn, and A Tale of Love and
Perimenopause at The Theater for a New City.
She has studied acting at the
Barrow Group with Seth Barrish and Lee Brock in New York
City. She is studying at HB studio.
She is currently non-union and
looking for representation.
